Introduction

Dextruss, a product of GenAIEnable LLC ("Dextruss," "we," or "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement committed using our website, platform, or services (collectively, the "Platform") that are properly reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content available on Dextruss infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of where the alleged infringing content is located on the Platform (including specific URLs, if available)
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any U.S. district court where GenAIEnable LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

We may restore the removed content if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, as permitted by law.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

GenAIEnable LLC may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly alleged to infringe the copyrights of others. Repeat infringement determinations may include prior takedown notices, content removals, or other evidence under our internal policies.

4. Copyright and AI-Generated Content

Content generated using Dextruss's AI-powered features may incorporate or reference third-party information. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that prompts, uploaded inputs, and AI-assisted outputs do not:

  • Infringe copyrighted works, trademarks, or other intellectual property
  • Violate third-party rights of privacy, publicity, or confidentiality
  • Plagiarize protected or published content

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated or AI-assisted content that violates intellectual property laws or platform policies.

5. Dextruss Content Ownership

All original Dextruss content, including logos, branding, platform features, workflows, software, and proprietary tools, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission from GenAIEnable LLC.
